My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were great, very quiet, and restful, and the staff was amazingly helpful, giving me great directions. The white-noise generator in the room was a nice touch. However, the price could have been a bit more competitive.

The hotel is in a prime downtown Columbus location, perfect for visiting the arena district and nationwide arena. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities you would expect. The staff is helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to assist with any requests. However, the dining options could be improved, and service at the restaurant seemed slow. Overall, a great value for the money with a fun atmosphere.
